A charming stay!

Breakfast was fresh. I loved the freshly made omelets so much! They served excellent fresh crepes too with honey and chocolate. The traditional mint tea was tasty and came with dates. Siham, the cleaning lady, was very good and always made sure to have enough towels.
The gym was good, but it becomes crowded at peak times, limiting the space for workout sessions. I think the gym is a little bit small.

The gym is open 24/7 and offers a variety of equipment for guest to use. A shop is inside the hotel, it sells snacks and essentials. A cash machine is one minute away on foot.

Staff are very cute and helpful, the hotel is safe and clean. Sara and Jihane are wonderful and happy persons at reception. Staff were accommodating in fulfilling needs.

The breakfast had fresh options and I especially liked the omelettes (the cook was amazing!). The hotel's location is convenient. It is close to many restaurants and shops.
The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. I also found that the reception desk was slow to respond to my requests.

The breakfast was fine. The parking was good.
The service was not good. The receptionist had a shift change, so I waited 20 minutes during check-in. (This was a bad start to my stay.) There was no one at the pool bar to order drinks. I also found no towels in the room.

the staff were very helpful and accommodating. i was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, from my room to the pool area (it was super clean!).
the gym lacked proper air conditioning. this made workouts uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day. i hope they address this soon.
